‘Carrera de las Estrellas’ (the ‘Race of Stars’) took place in 2003 and was the event with which the Foundation was launched, bringing together several world stars in auto motor racing in order to give Colombians the opportunity to enjoy an event of international standing, bringing many benefits to the city of Cartagena and showing a positive image for the country.

This entertaining event was held once again in 2005, and, thanks to the coverage afforded on the national and international media, the image of Colombia as a country that is sympathetic and committed with the less privileged.
